Really frustrating process for passport renewal @HCI_London - over 1.5 months and still no passport, had to miss so many work appointments. Passport has been printed for a week but not despatched yet and despite constant chasing the team says “in process” everyday. Disappointing

Spent a total of 5 hours at Heathrow Airport yest: 1.5 hours stuck in the plane after landing as another one “took our spot”, then 3 hours in the immigration queue, 30 minutes to find my bag that was dumped in a random spot. Landed at 4pm, left at 9pm. Total shitshow..
