@vrlbus my bus from UBL was supposed to reach BOM at 05:50am-where as I’m still in the bus with about 30min more to reach my destination,and the bus is dropping off parcel at VRL offices.
Is this normal practice to stop for parcel delivery, at the cost of passengers travel time?

There’s just one operator at the Vijaynagar @KarnatakaOne Center, at least 20 people in line. Most of the applicants are senior citizens, who don’t even have a place to sit.
How is the number of operators deputed decided? Is there a solution to make this faster and more efficient

Many of these open drainage slabs have been raised much higher than road level affecting vehicle movement hitting the underbody. We ourselves had to make this arrangement for facilitating at least daily movement. #badroads
