ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಈ ಅವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೈಗೆಟುಕುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು
