After almost 2 months of struggle. I managed to get back in the account after facebook Support email'a saying they have a technical issue for over 3 weeks.
They go and lock my account again on 15th June.
Now I have been trying to log back in since 4 days and..
@kashhill@BBCTech tagging you all as it's been claimed by facebook that they have a technical glitch and have been left unresolved for more than 2 weeks now.
Further, they close the ticket saying it's an issue and will share the details and go silent for 3 days.
all of which are now in jeopardy because of this unresolved issue.
I've completed video verification, reset my password, and your own support team acknowledged a technical error on your end — yet nobody has followed up in 72+ hours.

Now, I received a technician visit on 24/25th Jan and they tell me that there is some wire which is missing from the building, I said I have all the wiring in the house and I got no clue about the outside stuff needed (which should be technically Airtel's responsibility.

@jordibruin Hey just a question, is there a way to sync the app and the quick access in the menu bar with the same search results? as sometimes the menu bar window cuts the content and then I have to open the app window but the search results is not there.
