- Attempts to scuttle overseas investments were made with Chinese assistance, case in point Kenya, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Maldives.

- Efforts were made to force India to buy American vaccines worth $40-50B, failing which indigenous vaccines became targets of a disinformation campaign and vaccine passport discrimination.

- Khalistani and Kashmiri separatists and terrorist sympathizers were given top awards for “journalism.” Industrial scale disinformation was disseminated after Article 370 was hollowed out.

- Sheikh Hasina was overthrown in color revolution with the intent of opening up a second hostile Islamist front, this time on India’s eastern flank.

- Regular outreach to Kukis and Mizos was made with the intention of sowing discord in the Northeast, an area GOI focused many years on stabilizing. The EU was also roped in to support American efforts to criticize India, support Church groups, and push funds into the region under the garb of humanitarian assistance.

🚨 Urgent Appeal for Justice 🚨

I'm in the US right now & it's so painful to see my father suffer with thugs trying to take up his property with Police literally looking the other way.

I'm posting this on behalf of my father in case X can help.

A senior citizen, Mr. Rajendra Jaiswal, 64, residing at 4/348 A Saraya Goverdhan, Chetganj, Varanasi is being harassed as hooligans led by an employee broke the locks of his shop situated at C 30/35, H-1, Maldahiya, Varanasi and illegally occupied the premises.

The employee claiming to be the owner of the shop has replaced the locks and is harassing all other family members from the property.

Despite repeated pleas to the UP Police, no FIR has been registered. Instead, the complainant was thrown out of the police station and calls to the helpline have gone unanswered.

This comes after an intimation was given to the Police last night that this might happen.

Mr. Jaiswal’s family resides abroad, leaving him vulnerable with no one to help. There is a clear threat to his life and property.

My letter which has been submitted to police on 24.11.2024 at late night recorded all the facts however, the police has failed to take action.

The apprehensions as mentioned in the letter dated 24.11.2024 have completely become true.

This person is a relative who has a Gun & has been indirectly threatening for a long time. I've recordings of him cornering me & harassing me. He's constantly trying to extort money.

Unfortunately, this comes when I hired him & have given him a stable job for years. He decided to keep my property.

Now I have a real threat of my life and property and with no assistance from the police I am writing this post to bring to the attention of #ministry of corporate affairs #UP CM Office #BJP Sangh.

It's a cry for help! If there's someone honest & wants to help. I've all the documentation / rights / proof of no wrong doing. Instead, I'm being harassed & the SHO of Sigra police station, Varanasi seems to take no action.

I have read the Hindenburg Report released today.

You should too - to fully understand how foreign-funded propaganda works.

As a Criminal Lawyer two things are crystal clear to me:

First, there is no evidence anywhere in the Report to back the claim that the SEBI Chairperson took any bribes. Routine investment instruments have been sensationalised in the Report to create an impression of ill-gotten and opaque wealth.

Second, the Report tries to spin the illusion that the mere existence of an offshore entity implies that some criminal activity has taken place. Without any evidence linking a decision or favour to the alleged beneficiary - the Adani Group - the Report clumsily recycles its own earlier claims which were debunked by the Supreme Court.

No criminal court anywhere in the world would take cognisance of this “material” as no criminality is made out.

With each passing day, it only becomes clearer to me that there is a desperate cabal operating in India and abroad aiming to destabilise Indian markets and ultimately overthrow Prime Minister @narendramodi.

I hope, for the sake of democracy and India, that our investigating agencies are alive to this very real and present danger.
