Complaint filed on 9 Jan, acknowledged on 12 Jan (48-hr promise) — still no resolution despite multiple follow-ups.

Congratulations Bengaluru on finally being able to reap benefits of public transport with the connection to Whitefield now complete!

Public transport is the only answer to the growing needs of a city as it expands!

No amount of underground tunnels, flyovers or wider roads will ever come close to solving traffic. The sooner politicians realise this and divert the taxes towards accelerating public transport network, the better!

This viscious loop of achieving GDP through higher GST on cars and using the same tax to expand roads and flyovers thereby inducing demand for more cars is not ‘development’, Period!
