@amazonIN after 1.5 hours of waiting and struggling to get in touch with a chat agent, the person provided no resolution and ended the chat abruptly. The Whey Protein Bottle I ordered had no seal inside. This is not an original product, yet no refund was issued.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Not to forget, the agent Saroj abruptly and rudely released the chat. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour. I think an Instagram reel exposing these fake products sold by Amazon is a must going forward.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I am even willing to return the product, however, there is no return/replace option available for this product. It’s an utter waste of my time, energy and money.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN The agents kept passing me on Abhishek to Maryam and then Saroj. She said she has filed an investigation and will take 3 days to decide. Whereas, ask any fitness expert and they will state clearly that this is a fake product.

@KenyaAirways I was flying from Mumbai<KQ203> Nairobi <KQ782> Cape Town on 24 February. My flight was cancelled and then moved to next day 25 Feb. Now once again, the flight is delayed.. what about my connecting flight from Nairobi? I need an India cust care number to call?
