@JDaviesPhD Probably my dogs, and getting out and walking in the woods. Not sure if it counts as consumption, but I read compulsively, hours and hours a day which really helped.

@teachrobotslove That's really beautiful and inspiring. My Grandfather said many times that life is to be enjoyed, not endured - I've found that really difficult advice to follow, but I am trying.
