Farage the increasingly isolated loser, dropped by Trump is highlighting he couldn't lie his way out f a paper bag.
All he does is have a desperate tantrum like the orange man baby
Our paper published today in @MyJSCAI with my former @WomensHeartCS fellows @Deeksha_a94 & @YulithRoca
#INOCA deserves a diagnosis.
Our study: Invasive Coronary Function Testing (CFT) is highly feasible in routine cath lab practice:
🗝️Mean added procedural time for CFT: 19 min 7 sec
🗝️98% of operators rated feasibility & diagnostic value above average
🗝️Endotypes identified: CMD 60.6% | Vasospasm 26.8% | Mixed 22.5%
🗝️CFT changed medical therapy based on mechanism of INOCA
Time to move beyond “normal coronaries.”

Nigel Farage personally sent voters leaflets promising to cut council tax. Every single Reform council raised it. When Beth Rigby confronted him with his own leaflets on Sky News this morning, he shouted “wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong” and started talking about Iran.
Reform Watch is tracking every promise and every broken pledge. https://t.co/o933Bm73Mq.
CRT 2026!
An amazing past few days talking about some of the things I love most in cardiology—coronary & structural complications, left main PCI, and how we can use social media to educate and elevate our field.
Interventional cardiology is a craft. It’s technical, it’s humbling, and it constantly reminds you that every case is a chance to learn something new. This weekends discussions ranged from managing complex complications to the evolving strategy behind left main PCI, but one theme kept coming up: sharing knowledge makes all of us better.
That’s where platforms like social media can play a powerful role. When used the right way, they allow us to:
• Share real clinical lessons
• Highlight important trials and techniques
• Build a community of learning that extends far beyond our cath labs
To the fellows considering interventional cardiology:
This field will challenge you, frustrate you, and occasionally keep you up at night thinking about a case—but it will also give you the privilege of changing a patient’s life in real time. If you love problem-solving, teamwork, and constant growth, there’s nothing better.
Huge congratulations to all of the presenters—outstanding work pushing the field forward.
And I’m especially proud of my fellows who represented incredibly well:
👏 Dr. Chadha
👏 Dr. Canon
👏 Dr. Joseph
👏 Dr. Rao
The future of interventional cardiology is in very good hands.
