U promised Platinum tier if I earn 10540 points before Nov 30. I spent lakhs on tickets & flew 3 continents on AI. Earned 14315 tier points as per ur statement. Still in Gold on March 31st?

I paid 134,441 INR One-Way so that I can fly peacefully and comfortably.
And the seat wasn’t working at all. When complained, the airline staff mentioned I will get compensated.

I was waiting for your call on 02nd April from 1300-1400 hrs and even on 03rd April 1300-1400 hours in EST
But no calls received so far.

They commit over email that they will call me at particular time window and not for one day, but two days I don’t receive any calls.
Not sure if anyone is serious to serve.

@airindia Are you kidding here? I have posted that I have already earned 35000 points &then there was the banner that I need to earn another 10,000 points to move into Platinum. I ended up earning 14,000 points. So it makes 49,000 points. Yet, I'm in gold. The link u provided doesn't work.
