After that VFS has been showing status of my visa application as " ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT RECEIVED AT MUM VFS AND SAME SENT TO THE CONSULATE AS ON 10.04.2023. ( Apr 11 2023 8:45AM )".

I received a call from VFS Mumbai on 29/06/2023 that my passport is received at VFS Mahalakshmi & I have to collect it personally. Due to my father's hospitalization I am not able to go Mumbai to collect passport,

so I requested them for third party passport collection, which they said cannot be done in my case. During the communication on 17/07/2023, I came to know that VFS Mahalakshmi had received my passport on 14/04/2023.

They have been keeping my passport in their custody for more that 90 days without my consent and information. When I asked their representitive on call about the delay, he said that it may be due to any descripancy in email address.

I asked him about the SMS service, which I had availed. My question to him was, If they can call me on 29/06/2023 why they did same during 14/04/2023- 29/06/2023. But he could not explain the reason behind the delay anyhow.

During this prolonged 90 days my classes had commenced in Rome Business School, Rome on 17/04/2023. As per their policy they are not able to deffer or cancel my admission & reimburse fees without final visa refusal.

Due to irresponsible, unprofessional, negligent behavior of VFS Mahalakshmi, Mumbai. My 3 months have been wasted, which I could have utilized for admission in any other university.
