@zomato you need to pay a fees to cancel an order once you place it, but it your order gets cancelled after 30 mins (or 60 mins) of placing it you only get a refund. Doesn’t sound very fair.
@Airbnb_in please understand Indian identification cards and their diversity before making that a compulsion to book a stay. IDs available on DigiLocker are obviously valid but also extremely convenient to have and produce, you should accept it.
@UIDAI Your aadhar office in Moosarambagh in Hyderabad is insisting on a hard copy of my drivers license. I have it in DigiLocker. The hard copy I have has a faded picture and they aren’t accepting it. I have had seamless experience with DigiLocker thus far. Very disappointed!
@myntra If this isn’t false advertising, I don’t know what is! I have a skin condition which means I can only wear cotton rich clothes. The product description mentions 90% cotton on your site but in reality there is no cotton at all. This is extremely disappointing!

@AmazonHelp I have been trying to return a product for the last two weeks now. Spoken to customer care three times and told them I am only available after 6 PM because I have to go to work. I also informed the pick up agent the same everytime. Cont.
@AmazonHelp the customer service agents told me that pick up in the evening should not be a problem and that they want to help, both times I spoke the them. But I am extremely frustrated and tired of trying to do a simple return of an item I don't want.
Everytime they tried the pick up only after I had left to go to work. Mst times when I ask them to pick it up in the eve they just hung up on me, in one instance they actually said they will pick it up in the evening but never did @AmazonHelp

@1mgOfficial it would be great if your policies would be aligned to the fact that you're dealing with medicin. Not getting the required amount of medication on time can lead to serious problems for your customers.

@1mgOfficial I ordered 10 units of Yamoo drops for my 6 month old niece who is lactose intolerant instead got 1. When I reported this, instead of you helping and sending the right amount, I am being told to wait 48 hours till you can verify with your vendor.
