We wanted flying cars, instead we got 140 characters.
We took those characters and then built an AI.
We then took that AI and got bought out by a rocket company.
We will end up with flying cars no matter where we start.
7yo has a business fair. He decided to create and sell rock art, he called the business "you rock". Examples of what he made (with some help from mom for execution).

I completely agree. But understanding actions—what people are actually doing—is a crucial first step. Without that clarity, applying GIGO (garbage in, garbage out) to the 'why' or 'how' becomes inevitable.
Analytics don't capture feelings.
What they can tell you:
- what people are doing
What they can't tell you:
- why they're doing it
- how they feel about it
- what exact next step to take
To make grand assumptions about people's behavior is naive at best and dangerous at worst.
