@Swiggy_In You made it easier to order biryani from 3km away than to tip the guy who delivered it. Post-delivery tip screen: broken Amazon Pay, no GPay, no UPI, no BHIM. For ₹2 tip I'd have to re-enter my card details. Riders deserve better.

No FAQ about compensating the rider for cancelling last minute. Does these questions represent most of us our concerns? If so, Why are we like this?

It is now up to @WesternRly to determine whether such violence against a customer is acceptable and to decide on appropriate action. I also request that Western Railway provide Sapana with sensitivity and anger management training to prevent such incidents in the future.
Today around 6 PM at Churchgate station, I saw Ravita Nakhre, a resident of Palghar, present with her son, crying heavily after being punched in the stomach by Sapana Patil, the attendant managing the ladies washroom at the station. @mybmc@WesternRly
We spoke to both women. It appears that Ravita, in a hurry, used washroom first and paid afterward, which angered Sapana, who demanded payment beforehand. Ravita, in turn, gave the money angrily and reportedly used abusive language, which led to Sapana physically assaulting her.
@WesternRly there seems no proper waste disposal method in place at Jogeshwari Station. The station was in huge flames early morning from burning the waste which made it difficult for commuters to breathe. @mybmc

@bookingcom has reached heights of hypocrisy with their marketing campaign. On cancellation, they did not return my hard earned money of 3 lakh INR. Instead they choose to remain neutral.
