🤔 Although, I think that for #India spreading awareness and decreasing negligence by the masses needs attention too, which could help in decreasing the cases. 📉

The World Health Organization released the global TB report. A few things that left me shocked include:
👉 After #COVID, TB has been stated as the second leading infectious killer!
👉 In last 2 decades, the rate of drug resistant TB has increased for the first time!

As stated already, ending #TB would require,
🌟 Restoring access to TB services and increasing investments on the same.
🌟 Addressing newer determinants influencing TB epidemic.
🌟 And advancing TB #research and innovation.
