@MTPHereToHelp I have been wrongfully fined when my car was parked by valet. The charge is ridiculous. It wasn’t a no parking zone, no such issue. I want to raise this issue as this is harassing the citizens for no cause!

@SwiggyCares That’s not the point. I messaged within 1 min to cancel the order. The customer care person delayed taking any action and hence I had to forcefully accept delivery. All I wanted was to add 2 items to the order. Which is something I wasn’t allowed to do. That’s the problem!
@SwiggyInstamart what a lovely strategy! Try to offer a customer a listening ear just to delay so that the order gets delivered they can’t cancel! Absolutely disappointed customer! A loyal and regular user is manipulated & played because ₹327 is more important than retaining.
