Quick Update... sorry am late again.. family updates 1st..

Naana has been in surgery since 3 PM today.. We chose not to share this earlier because we did not want you all worrying for the past 5+ hrs (3pm OT - 8:30pm DC to ICU)
I spoke to the doctor. الحمد لله everything went as planned.
Today’s surgery was to treat the fragmented fracture in C7 (the spine bone at the lower part of the neck)
This was the most critical and dangerous surgery she had to face, and الحمد لله, it went smoothly.

There will not be any more surgeries like this,

If all goes well, Naana might even be able to sit up in a few days.

Please keep her in your prayers & hearts.
