I have received email for changing my flight dates for booking ID NN2119250273176 but in MMT portal I am not getting any option to change dates and tickets still showing in Upcoming trips on the same dates. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

3- Your customer support automate voice support asking for mobile number input and after giving input saying "HAVE NOT RECEIVE ANY INPUT".

4- Web Form filled more than 4 times which should get resolve within 48 hours but it been more than a month but no resolution.

Please confirm the ticket status and let me know where I can change the future dates for the same booking.

I tried all below option.

1- More than 10 times tried ENABLE DATE CHANGE OPTION.

2- Bot chat - have very limited option

@TTNFibernet i have returned my modem and router long back and got acknowledge from your support team. But still I have not get my Security Deposit Amount. Your customer care folks told will get back in 15 business days but now I has been more than 2 month and not get any amount

@airindiain I forget to collect one bag from Baggage Belt area of SFO, CA International airport. I got a call from Air India USA staff regarding above baggage and have been told to deliver at my address but till now I have not received it.
