I have raised a complaint for online payment but i am not getting any resolution. The gas agency is saying to reach the bank and the bank is saying payment is already transferred to the merchant account please with them.

@DTDCIndia my shipment is getting delayed by more than 48 hours. Estimated delivery date was for 6th june and I haven't received the parcel yet.

I connected with customer support team as well and they simply says backend team is working on it and not providing any resolution.
