@amazonIN Hey Amazon, your after sales customers care system sucks. Your app gives an automated chat which gives no proper resolution. Your insta team makes it even more difficult by providing a link that you cant copy which leads back to the app. No resolution.

@Uber_India Hey Uber, you guys really need to have a word with your drivers who call to ask where the drop off location is and then cancel the ride. If your drivers don't want to take a ride then they should switch off and go home. Their sheer arrogance sometimes costs us our time and money.

@themandalalife I think the plastic ban is a novel idea, with straws and carry bags now having other substitutes. But I honestly feel that as a market we are not well equipped to have this done on a larger scale. But it's a good start.
