Normalize seeing someone's lack of effort as their lack of interest in YOU and your lack of importance to them regardless of what they tell you or how much you love them period 🥴🥴~Shuga

The architectural design of the first facility for our Center for Igbo Apprenticeship Program (Igba Boi) and Imu Oru Aka (Skill Training) is ready.
We will train our people in high-precision carpentry, welding, plumbing, HVAC, bricklaying, auto mechanics, etc.
The first center is in Enugu, and we are still developing the program structure.
Kindly watch and share your thoughts.
21 years ago, I sat in a prison cell and learned I was pregnant.
Every sign pointed toward abortion. Every circumstance said this baby would never have a chance.
But I chose life.
I saw value in my daughter before anyone else could.
What I didn’t know was that her birth would help change laws in America. Fifteen years after I gave birth while chained to a hospital bed with a sheriff standing watch, that story reached the highest levels of government. And @POTUS granted me a full and unconditional pardon and signed legislation ending the shackling of women during childbirth in federal prisons.
Today, that same baby walked across the stage as a graduate of MIT.
From a prison birth to one of the most prestigious universities in the world.
Never let your circumstances determine someone’s worth.
There is value in life.
There is purpose in every child.
Go, baby. The world is yours. ❤️🎓

our knee can heal itself. It just needed Germany to hand it the blueprint.
Doctors in Stuttgart did something quietly radical. They built a gel that lets damaged joint cartilage rebuild itself, no implants, no metal, no major reconstruction.
It's called ChondroFiller liquid.
Here's how it works.
A surgeon injects the liquid into the damaged spot during a single minimally invasive arthroscopic procedure. Within 3 to 5 minutes, it hardens into a stable matrix, molding perfectly to the exact shape of the lesion.
Then the real magic starts.
That matrix becomes a scaffold. Your own repair cells migrate in from the surrounding tissue, multiply, and slowly transform into chondrocytes, the cells that actually build cartilage. Over the following months, your body replaces the gel with brand-new tissue grown from you.
No fibrin glue. No drilling into the bone.
This isn't a fringe experiment, either.
The device is made by Meidrix Biomedicals, developed alongside scientists at the Fraunhofer Institute for Interfacial Engineering and Biotechnology in Stuttgart. It's been CE-certified since its market launch in 2013 and has already been implanted in more than 20,000 patients worldwide.
The numbers back it up.
In one study of 26 patients with hip cartilage defects larger than 2 cm², 81% achieved good or excellent results. MRI scans confirmed significant healing in over 90% of cases.
One important caveat: it's built for small, focal cartilage defects, not advanced arthritis. Patients with severe osteoarthritis saw weaker results.
But for the right injury, this flips the script entirely.
Instead of replacing the joint, you give it the tools to repair itself.

Character is the public proof of education.
When professors rig elections, when leaders steal public funds, when educated people defend corruption, exploit the weak, or destroy the future of our children for personal gain, it proves one thing:
Without character, education becomes a weapon in the hands of the selfish.
@Maddox_CFC Love him. Can’t fathom why anyone would hate him. Hate shouldn’t be easy. Hate should be reserved for people who commit mass genocide, rape children, men and women as if it was entirely normal….
🚨Thierry Henry on Cristiano Ronaldo tears after winning the Saudi Pro League:
🗣️ “ People see Cristiano Ronaldo crying after winning the Saudi Pro League and some laugh because of where he is playing now. But for me, that moment explains exactly why he became one of the greatest athletes we have ever seen.
This is a player who has already conquered football. Champions Leagues, Ballon d’Ors, league titles in England, Spain and Italy, international trophies with Portugal… there is literally nothing left for him to prove to anyone.
Yet at 41 years old, he is still celebrating victories with the same emotion, the same fire and the same obsession he had when he was a teenager at Sporting Lisbon. That is not normal. Most players lose that hunger after winning one or two major trophies. Cristiano never lost it.
People always talk about talent, but mentality is what truly separates legends from great players. Cristiano trained like every season was his last chance. He treated every game like it mattered. That is why he stayed at the top for almost 20 years while generations of players came and disappeared.
To still have that level of passion at his age, after everything he has achieved, is honestly unbelievable. It tells young players that greatness is not only about ability, it is about sacrifice, discipline, consistency and refusing to ever become comfortable.
You can love him or hate him, but you have to respect that mentality. Football may never see another competitor like Cristiano Ronaldo again...”
Colon cancer is no longer an "old person's disease.”
It is now one of the deadliest and fastest-growing causes of death in people under 40.
Here’s what’s causing it (& how to protect your gut):

His daytime reading was 126/80.
The doctor said fine.
His wife said he thrashes at night. Sweats. Grinds his teeth. Stops breathing and restarts with a gasp.
She told him, he said she was imagining it.
At night, blood pressure is supposed to drop. 10–20%.
The heart rests.
The vessels relax.
The brain repairs. That is called nocturnal dipping.
In his body, the pressure rises.
Three things drive it.
Emotional suppression, he carries everything.
The money.
The job.
The family.
He does not talk about it. Not to her. Not to anyone.
During the day, discipline holds it.
At night, the conscious mind sleeps and the nervous system processes what the man refused to feel.
Cortisol spikes.
Adrenaline fires.
The body fights at 2am the battles the mind avoided at 2pm.
Late-night eating.
The heavy plate at 10pm.
Insulin surging while the body should rest.
Insulin tells the kidneys to hold sodium.
Sodium holds water.
Volume rises.
Pressure rises while he sleeps.
Sleep apnea.
The belly compresses the diaphragm.
The airway collapses.
Oxygen drops.
The brain panics.
Blood pressure surges to force blood to the organs. Fifty times a night. A hundred. He remembers none of them.
The morning reading is clean because by 7am the body has partially recovered.
The doctor sees the number. Says fine.
But between midnight and 5am, the heart was under siege. And nobody was measuring.
His wife knows. She lies beside it every night.
The body does not lie. It just speaks at hours when nobody is listening.
If this sounds familiar, do not ignore what the body is trying to say in the dark.
