I can't believe this needs to be explained to people. Republicans don't have a problem with legal migration. We have a problem with mass, unchecked, unvetted migration. We have a problem with people breaking the laws of our country. We have a problem with anchor babies.
All we're trying to do is preserve our greatness for future generations to enjoy the same privileges we have. We understand our freedoms are unique and must be actively protected.
The GOP has a massive women under 35 problem.
Can’t believe this needs explained: Shri Thanedar and Zohran Mamdani and Ilhan Omar are all legal immigrants
We have a massive problem with legal immigrants. Sorry, we don’t need some out of touch boss girl who got her station through her looks to explain our party to us
We stopped the world’s economy for a virus 99.9% of people survive and we printed $7 trillion in unbacked currency while we did it.
This is how it is now. That toothpaste doesn’t go back in the tube. Sorry. Some of us tried to stop it.
@ScottMGreer@SarcasticCupcak Boomers worship young women and despise young men. Karoline Leavitt’s comments perfectly encapsulate the divergence of experience between young men and young women
Nothing summarizes the boomer worship of young women and distaste for young men more than the reaction to Karoline Leavitt comments. She epitomizes the contrast of experience between young women and young men. Girl mathed her way into debt and married rich to cancel it out.
Karoline Leavitt, WH press secretary, doubles down, calling Gen Z lazy and entitled.
Leavitt, who graduated from Saint Anselm at 22, began working in WH comms before running for office in New Hampshire, with her finance committee, which still owes $300k, headed by her then-future husband, 3 decades her senior, then returning to Trump’s aid.

The Catholic Church PR fumble is genuinely insane to watch
An entire generation completely checked out of Protestantism finally after 500 years, almost all the converts are right wing who chose Catholicism because it’s the least raped denomination culturally/morally
Best the Church can do in response is run by far the largest mass immigration NGOs and a literal big fuck off ‘hey, come rape Whitey in Europe’ arch, when all they had to do was not be insane maniacs about the topic and people would swallow it and go with it
This’ll be remembered as one of the greatest fumbles of all time
@GrantMa25066011 This is way less true for conservatives under 50. Now you could argue that boomercons vote more. But they are increasingly out of touch with the broader electorate, especially independents
@EWErickson The GOP already embraces identity politics for every other race but white people. There are Jewish Republican organizations, Gay Republican Organizations, etc. Boomercons just think that only white people aren’t allowed to have an identity.
Enough of this. They’re trying to conquer it. They don’t like it the way it is. They want to shape it into their own image. That’s why they continue to criticize and double down on their permanence here.
This isn’t a gotcha, it’s completely rational behavior.
NEW: Rep. Delia Ramirez (D-IL) celebrates SCOTUS decision upholding birthright citizenship, pointing out that her own mother crossed the U.S. border illegally while pregnant with her:
“Today and always, I am the proud, defiant daughter of Maria Elvira Ramirez Guerra, a Guatemalan immigrant who crossed the border pregnant with me. And regardless of what some of my colleagues might call me, I am a citizen by birthright and an AMERICAN!”
The dissent from Neil Gorsuch in the birthright citizenship case is actually very interesting. He basically says that he would deny birthright citizenship to children of temporary visitors but not to illegal immigrants who lived here permanently. So on the question of whether illegal immigrants' kids are citizens, it's actually more like a 7-2 decision.
We’re 100 million immigrants too late for a Constitutional amendment. Foreigners and their children have benefited greatly from birthright citizenship and they will continue to elect representatives with that interest in mind. Alternative solutions are needed
@GabeGuidarini Old school southern trad cons are soft on many issues. They have lived in a bubble for a long time. Barrett represents many of their beliefs
@RedEaglePatriot It’s misleading to share this without acknowledging why they are higher. The groundwork was laid in year 1 under Noem to make deals with police departments, increase funding, and win in court to clear the way for different tactics.
We’re never getting a constitutional amendment to ban anchor baby citizenship because every day there are more anchor babies.
It becomes more impossible with each passing day.
You’d have to pass legislation that severely limits voting rights to even have a shot at it.
