I recently explored @ClassDojo. This classroom management tool is great! There are so many different tools you can use. My favorite is awarding points to students for excelling in different tasks! I love that it can be used for all age ranges! #EDUC331

@Bigler_Michelle A4: Adaptability is important since different viewers of your website might have different forms of technology that they are using. Access is important as well bc these websites are for everyone. They should be accessible for everyone!

@Bigler_Michelle A3: I will incorporate text to organize information. Colors will resemble a clean and aesthetic-looking base. Having white space between different content areas can break up the text and make it easier to read and look at.

@Bigler_Michelle A2: Having the most important information be bigger than the rest of the text can make it easier for viewers to pick out information. Also having consistency in the layout can make it easier to navigate.

@teacher2teacher A3. A great time to have SEL implemented into daily routines is to have a morning circle where students share how they are feeling. Students can hear what their peers have to say and the teacher can facilitate discussion for managing and identifying different emotions. #T2Tchat

@MsKrieger_ Hi Fiona! I loved the Magic School Bus as a kid. Heard they put it on Netflix! Amazing that Scholastic offers a correlated STEM curriculum. It would be very cool to see this in the classroom. Kids would love watching the episodes then completing corresponding activities!

The Techquity webinar with @sdteaching provides many resources on how to implement useful technology into the classroom. @CommonSense has helpful lesson plans for introducing technology to classrooms (by grade level). @Schoology is a wonderful online tool for organizing classes.

@HannaBowman11 I think clapping is a great way to grab students' attention. I also think a fun way is to create a call and response that the students find entertaining and funny. For example, for the fall season. Teacher: Hocus Pocus. Students: Everyone focus!

@TeacherAnna23 Hi Anna, Youtube has been an amazing tool to facilitate transitions in our class. The teacher will play the "Clean Up" song to queue the children to begin cleaning. The teacher also uses Youtube to play stories if they don't have enough time to gather everyone and read aloud.

@TeachingCam I wanted to become an educator ever since I was a little girl. Teachers were always a huge role model to me, I wanted to grow up to be just like them. I hope to create a loving classroom for students where they are excited to come to school!
