Suicidal thoughts aren’t really about wanting to die.
They’re about wanting the pain to die.
The stress. The pressure. The loneliness nobody sees.
What I learned is this: the thought itself isn’t the danger.
The danger is believing it’s the only option.
When you push through, you realize something powerful. The darkest nights often come right before your brightest mornings.
So if you’ve been there, you’re not broken, you’re human.
Just don’t give those thoughts the final word.
if it’s a fight between you vs you. you end up winning and losing at the same time. you win your battles, you move ahead, and your past self loses to what you have grown into. everything else is just by-products.
and when the no-mind fails, the anxieties kick in. it’s the fault of the self to let the anxiety kick in. leading to a point where every breath feels like lighting a mountain. leading the self to the state where it seems it’s over, time has come.
when you let go of past regrets and future anxieties, a still point exists where your mind allows pure instincts to take the lead.
the no-mind or the Mushin.
the fact that a decision taken on children’s safety is objected by the morons of this country tells why democracy is not a practical form of governing method in India.
