there is a spider living on my mac now

every time I copy something, it hunts it down, wraps it in silk and hangs it in its web

⌘⇧Space opens the web. it even searches the text inside screenshots

you fixed this exact bug 3 weeks ago.
today it's back. and you have no idea how you fixed it.

so I taught my spider to remember 🕷️

⌘⇧Space → "how did we fix the booking race?"
→ it pulls the 4 things you copied back then
→ real answer, every line cited
→ hit Return, the exact code lands in your editor

not AI-written. your own history, verified.

Ask Silk · coming to SilkNest
(only sends what it shows you, only when you hit Return)

ship it or skip it? 👇

@AmanShips they persist :) restart your mac and they come back right where you left them

[Shashwat @shxwat]

this one crawls web pages

mine lives on my Mac and catches everything I copy 🕷️

[Shashwat @shxwat]

@PraneetBrar the spider might actually be better at marketing than me

[Shashwat @shxwat]

@shuaibuilds CAShapeLayer path redrawn every frame from the note to the nearest screen edge + a small damped spring on the knot so it wobbles and settles when you let go. no physics engine, just springs

[Shashwat @shxwat]

@anmol83078716 exactly what I was going for. if it's not one keystroke away, nobody uses it

next up: making the spider even lighter on CPU 🕷️

[Shashwat @shxwat]

@0xgolam yep, 100% on-device. it uses Apple's Vision framework, no servers, no API calls

the only thing that ever touches the network is the update check to https://t.co/iCcsaf9GiF. your clipboard, screenshots and the text read from them never leave your Mac

[Shashwat @shxwat]

@AinreekAI haha that means a lot bro! appreciate it🕷️

[Shashwat @shxwat]
