Only 6 major hurricanes on record (since 1851) have been within 100 miles of tomorrow's 8am EDT forecast point for #Hurricane #Idalia. Idalia is forecast to be a major hurricane by then. The most recent of the six is Elena (1985), although it ended up making landfall in MS.
