I put together a 7-rule framework for reducing that back-and-forth:

→ define what finished looks like
→ let authorized steps continue
→ ask only when a decision blocks progress
→ limit retries
→ save progress before stopping
→ keep approvals explicit
→ require proof at handoff

the formula:

scope + checkpoints + evidence + escalation

four possible next moves:
act, ask, retry or stop

this is my proposed workflow, not an official GrokBot release
