@karlhenry08 Some really good points here. The key I think is your view on assessment. I think this is critical in development of younger referees. Having a more experienced ref supporting their development with advice and coaching is key to keeping them in the game.

@footballdaily Didn’t we have a former captain in Paul Ince who threw a players kit into the car park for behaving in the same way. A captain is a leader and shouldn’t condone this behaviour. Nunes had a contract to play for Wolves!

@jj_wheaton @British_Airways Completely agree. @British_Airways knew the cases hadn’t been loaded in Heathrow and no communication at all. Never had this issue with @Ryanair @VirginAtlantic really poor customer service from @British_Airways
