@northernassist The trains from Preston to Blackpool. As usual. My train gets in at 8:40 to Preston. So miss the 8:40 train, the 9 is cancelled so a 50 minute wait

@northernassist Because the train from poulton was cancelled at last minute, she had to get a cab to Preston to catch the connecting train. This was on time (because it wasn’t Northern) so she missed that too. Can we claim for the taxi as there was no other way to get to the preston leg

@Finbars9 Yep get that. But we’re sitting between two polar opposites. Talking which doesn’t do anything, and JSO which is polarising people negatively. It needs balance imo

@Finbars9 Unfortunately you’ve missed the point. Marketing is simply raising awareness of something. JSO are raising awareness hoping that by disrupting normal lives they will raise awareness and ultimately change. Of course everyone should act, as I do. But by positive action that helps.

@MrMatthewTodd I do know this, and yes their efforts haven’t worked either. I agree it needs dividing action, but targetting the people that you want to engage isn’t the right approach imo. Anyway, we’re fighting for the same thing. Just have different opinions.
