@TonerousHyus Hancock is matching its 2022 totals but we had 17,000 turnout Election Day which is consistent with 2024. 2022 d only got 5200 votes vs 23k for DeWine. Trump got 26k in 2024.
@TonerousHyus@givexperience Heard today that in Hancock they added precinct workers because they expect a high turnout on Election Day. EV has been big as well.
It’s a simple choice: vote for the person who’s actually going to make your life better. Lower property taxes & electric bills, safer streets, better schools. The people of Ohio are wise & I trust them to get it right. 💪🏼
@dmichaelclary Look at it this way. If Acton wins and wins the next time the democrats control reapportionment for congress and the state Legislature. We will lose Ohio by 2032
@SawyerMerritt They are just mad that nobody wants an EV outside of a Tesla. They want to force the issue. The government should not pick winners and losers.
Oh! The recipient of the award is an abortion radical?
Whew! I thought it was something truly terrible, like he supports the Latin mass or something.
PS: how disgusting of @CardinalBCupich to pretend it has anything to do with Judaism.
Shame on you.
Last year I met a veteran named Sandy who was a protestor outside of my event. We had an intense exchange & built a relationship. She just showed up at our event, it was one of the most beautiful moments of the campaign. ❤️
@TonerousHyus In our county (Hancock) there are more independents than R’s but in governor and presidential elections vote is generally 68-70% R. 67-30 in 2018 55% turnout and 75-22 in 2022 53% turnout
@TonerousHyus@DannyKa33294363 I live in northwest Ohio. It has always been if NW Ohio outvoted Cuyahoga we win. In 2020 when we heard that Cuyahoga was down 10% from 2016 we knew we won Ohio.
@TonerousHyus I think you are on target because my friend works for the Lt Gov candidate in Ohio and said EV looks very good for them. Husted’s as well.
@Joeinblack Thank you Fr. Joe. I work with a Muslim man and he he says those people who slaughter aren’t “Muslim”. More people need to speak up especially their leaders.
Today, after mass, I talked to a Family from Jordan.
In the last few years, their families were butchered by Muslims. They fled here where they can practice freedom or religion.
They were telling me that just recently back home, muslims stormed a Catholic funeral, and killed the number of people who were there praying and mourning their dead.
It’s often the case that when these new stories pop up, people are anxious to inform us that this is not Islam.
I want to be clear that it’s not Christians who need that information, that’s the people doing it in the name of Islam.
Those are the people who need that information.
Right now, the world is in desperate need of a Muslim leader to take authority and to begin speaking against the seemingly constant atrocities.
I understand it is a decentralized religion, but I wish with all my heart that the peaceful, non-radicals would stand and say enough.
Heading into the midterms, I plan to drop a post a day up to the election offering my perspective on the MAGA movement. Subsequent posts will have pictures and personal stories with Republican party leadership and myself. But this initial post will set the tone.
What is a conservative: Someone who believes in less government programs, regulation, and handouts; strong military/police, the Constitution, and one nation under God.
What is a Republican: Someone who supports the Republican party believing it will lead to conservative policies.
What is MAGA: Someone who believes liberals, progressives, and socialists seek to replace conservatives and their way of life. Someone who believes the establishment needs aggressive reform; a belief that we must fight, fight, fight!
We believe Hillary Clinton when she spoke for the liberal movement last year and said, “White men, of a certain persuasion, a certain religion, a certain point of view, a certain ideology, is just doing such damage to what we should be aiming for.”
She is talking about me. She is talking about US. They are threatened by a vision of America led by strong MEN.
When I was in the Marine Corps, I truly was an independent. Apolitical. But at a certain point, when you look around America and find yourself surrounded, you either make compromises… or fight back.
President Trump epitomizes that fight; No other mortal human would still be standing after the barrage of attacks on reputation, finances, family, and life. That hate would have destroyed me. But he’s still standing, the ultimate champion. A generational leader.
Secretary Hegseth is the target of the establishment’s scorn, because he epitomizes the biggest threat – which above else – is strong men of a certain persuasion.
I am blessed to serve under the President and the Secretary of War for two more years. There is still so much work to be done under their leadership. But beyond the next two years, I believe their leadership will carry on. They are showing us how to fight progressive liberalism for a generation.
Screenshot this: I want to be clear who I am… a warrior. A strong man who will fight for conservative values until the left takes power and puts me back in jail. Vote Republican.
