I have been #ExcludedUK for 10 months as my husband passed away Nov 2018, & I took his pension to invest in my business, which HMRC deem to be “trade income” & this took me over the 50/50 rule. How can my late husbands pension be deemed as “my other job”? It’s disgraceful!

Sold my house this time last year and moved into a rental while looking, so no mortgage break . I can't get any assistance as pay myself dividends (due to seasonal work). No UC. Corp Tax now due!
