@LNER Thanks for your flexibility - there is literally an unused ticket we forgot to change because of a medical situation. We use LNER all the time so some leniency would have been welcomed
@LNER And if it had but the ticket hadn’t been used? She literally wants to travel a day later and the ticket hasn’t been scanned so you can tell it hasn’t been used
