@dz11kk Związki zawodowe wynegocjowały zwolnienie tylko 150 osób.
No i ja chciałabym poznać zdanie tych 150 osób, czy wg nich ten pomnik to jest wspaniałe podziękowanie Maryi, czy coś innego?
This morning, they hanged another protester! Shahram Sadeghi was arrested in secret. He was tried in secret. He was sentenced to death in secret.
This morning, the Islamic Republic's state media simply announced that he had already been hanged right after the call to prayer.
Until today, no one knew where he was. His crime was joining the January protests a night the regime's forces opened fire on protesters in Golzar intersection in Karaj, his car struck government agents. He was given no lawyer the public knew about, no trial that was reported, no chance for his case to reach the world.
No appeals. No witnesses. No noise.
January 8 and 9, 2025 were days when security forces shot protesters in the head and chest. When wounded demonstrators were reportedly shot again in hospitals to ensure they did not survive.
His name was Shahram Sadeghi. He deserved a defense. He deserved a witness. He deserved to live.

How come Al is inevitable and we need to adapt and accept it, but renewable energy, tackling microplastics and restoring ecosystems are framed as stupid and inconvenient? The gaslighting from the 1% is top tier.
“Scientists don’t want you to know...”
Scientists really want you to know.
The problem isn’t that science is hidden. It’s that bullshit travels faster.
@Candy_Jacobsen Nie przyszłoby mi do głowy wyśmiewać czyjegoś braku znajomości każdego zabytku, czy znajomości obcych języków.
No ale ja to truskawki cukrem posypuję
@OurShallowState Whatever he faces for whatever crimes, no one will do anything to him. Because they won't have time: the trials will drag on, and he'll die in time
I want you to really look at these two photos. Because one of them was called "my choice."
The top photo: me, after I broke free.
The bottom photo: me in Iran, buried in fabric in the water, full hijab and people call this a choice.
You know what that choice looked like?
They told us; Cover yourself head to toe and go to heaven. Or don't cover and be hanged by your hair and burned in hell for eternity. They taught me this as a little girl.
I use to call it a choice the way a prisoner chooses to stay in a cell because they told her the outside will kill her. Like a hostage who chooses to defend her captor because survival rewired her brain.
