@MartinSLewis KCOM are good at upsetting customers by offering new customer deals at half that of existing customers. They quoted Ofcom rules as to why they did this. Those rules don't exist so I called them out on it and got the new customer deal saving 580 over 2 years.

@mydentist_uk The letter specifically asked me to not contact the practice. Which I thought was a nice touch. Will this affect my daughter's place on the NHS braces waiting list? She has waited years and is very worried now we do not have an NHS dentist. Very sad.

Disgusting behaviour from @mydentist_uk they have just sent a letter saying they will no longer treat me or my 15 year old daughter on the NHS because the dentist that treated me has left. I thought I was a patient of the practice not the dentist who treated me @looknorthBBC

Virgin money you have just cut me off again . Your customer services are appalling.I have been trying for two days now to transfer a credit balance. You hans asked me to call you because the app will not work appalling service. @VirginMoney

@AskVirginMoney Thank you. After several further attempts I finally got through. 2 hours it took me to speak to someone without being cut off or asked to call back later. It won't happen again. The account is closed. Good riddance. @VirginMoney credit cards Virgin Money.

So @VirginMoney virgin money my credit card has a balance. The app won't transfer to my bank and tells me to call you. I call you and you have no one available to speak to me. You then cut me off. Hello? Your call system really sucks. When I do get through I'm closing my account

Dear @SEATUK @CUPRA every time I switch off my Cupra Born my car goes into offline mode. The car only comes online when I enter the car and switch online mode on. Which is pretty pointless when the onluine mode is for using the app #frustrating #cupraborn
