🚨 Fake Canals, Real Corruption: The SIAPEP Disaster Uncovered
There was a time when Sindh’s land overflowed with water. Today, that same land lies barren. The farmer watches his crops die in front of his eyes while those in power count their cash.

SIAPEP wasn’t just a project it was an entire blueprint of corruption. The World Bank sent aid for farmers, but that aid ended up in the pockets of corrupt ministers and bureaucrats. No water reached the farmers. No life returned to the land. Only government looting surged.

Thousands of irrigation channels were restored but only on paper. On the ground, there was no digging, no repair only lies, deception, and inflated bills. And the masterminds of this heist?

On one side, Muhammad Bakhsh Mahar the minister backed by a powerful political mafia. On the other, his loyal accomplice Nadeem Shah repeatedly posted to the department like it was his family inheritance.

When the floods hit in 2022, the truth drowned with them. The watercourses that were claimed to be completed were nothing but walls of sand. Why?

Because no work had ever been done. Only fake reports and photoshopped progress!

A new financial year brought a new lie:
They claimed 544 watercourses had been restored, with Rs. 1 billion spent. We ask: Where are those 544 watercourses? Which village are they in? Which farmer received water? Nadeem Shah, accused of serious corruption, still sits in office. Court orders are a joke to him. Why? Because Muhammad Bakhsh Mahar protects him like a godfather. Is the law only for the weak? Do powerful thieves always walk free?

We issue a direct challenge:
Nadeem Shah, if you’ve done even a fraction of what you claim, show us just 50 real, functioning watercourses out of the 544! No fake pictures. No PR. Just show us the truth on the ground! These billions were a public trust, not the personal property of feudals.

And those who betray this trust must not just go to jail they must become a symbol of public disgrace. Without water, the land dies. Without land, the farmer collapses. Without the farmer, the nation starves. This isn’t just corruption it’s economic terrorism. Silence now is complicity.

Every Pakistani must ask:
Who looted the SIAPEP funds? Who is protecting Muhammad Bakhsh Mahar and Nadeem Shah? When will they be dragged to court and made to pay?
