On top of this, the staff blamed me for the late check-in instead of resolving the issues.
Late arrival should not result in compromised service or downgraded room quality.

Booked Deluxe AC room at Taj City Hotel, Agra (17–18 April).
Planned check-in 11 PM, reached 2:30 AM due to train delay.
To be fair, the hotel staff did respond to my calls at night and guided me to the property.
However, the actual stay at Taj City Hotel, Agra was extremely poor:
Water was leaking from the ceiling
I was given a cramped mezzanine-type room instead of a proper deluxe room
No fan near the bed, only AC
This is not what I paid for.

@amazonIN My Amazon order (wipes and Tide surf) was scheduled for delivery today. It’s been showing Out for Delivery since morning, but still not delivered even after 9 PM. This is the second time—earlier it was marked damaged automatically. Extremely poor service!

@myvoltas It has been over 2 months now, and my issue is still unresolved. I’ve received the same repeated response multiple times. How much more time do you need to resolve it?
@myvoltas I purchased a Voltas AC on 17-04-2023 with an AMC valid till 16-04-2026, covering 90% of the parts. For 2 years, parts were replaced under AMC. Now suddenly I’m told parts are not covered. Also, the technician's behavior was very rude. Please look into this and respond.
