The @CCCZimbabwe Secretary General @SengezoTsh17075 confirmed that he is set to expel the rogue MPs , that is, Agency Gumbo, Ropafadzo Makumire, and Takudzwa Ngadziore, for disturbing Parliament business yesterday.

They defied the CCC party position by vehemently opposing the democratically-wired and people-driven CAB3.

Tshabangu confirmed that by day's end, he would have submitted the recall letters to the Speaker of Parliament.

He urged fellow CCC MPs to treat the CAB3 debate with utmost seriousness and desist from reversing the people’s will by voting against this vital Bill.

Honourable Gladys Hlatshwayo: I wish to register my spirited and strong opposition to CAB3. It is my firm belief that the Bill suffers from both a process and substance or content deficit. Therefore, it must be rejected in its entirety and without any exception. I wish to first register my process misgivings, Madam Speaker. The 2013 Constitution was a bipartisan effort as it was developed under the Inclusive Government and had the advantage of inclusivity. A key ingredient in the making of a social contract between the governed and the governing.
