The case has been pending for over a month now and every time I mail for an update I get the same system mail promising me one in 3-5 days but there hasn't been any. I received a msg confirming that the failed booking but haven't received the refund yet

I booked my tickets through goibibo on 2nd of march which got cancelled due to covid lockdown.
I havent received the refund nor can I view my tickets on your website.
There is no way to get in touch with goibibo. Stop scamming &refund.
