@virsanghvi @airindia @TataCompanies Exact same thing happened with me and my family BOM to DED flight for Dec 02’ 2024 our premium economy downgraded and am still chasing them for a refund , now they want a cancelled check . when I booked I used a credit card now why can’t they refund it there ??
