@airindia hey team. So I paid for zip forward and it shows in my manage booking but it’s not mentioned on my boarding pass nor is it announced during the priority boarding process either. Does zip forward not include priority boarding?
@amazonIN@AmazonHelp kinda annoying when you order luggage on Amazon & it says it’s out for delivery & you speak to the delivery agent to request him to deliver for sure since you’re travelling the next day & he openly tells you he’ll deliver only if it’s a smaller item! 😓
@flipkartsupport really disappointed by the fact that your chat support is so bad. I placed an order for an ac and I wasn’t receiving the delivery otp on the app nor was it showing up on the app (which it usually shows). Your chat support was just not able to address it at all.

@SwiggyCares ive never been a fan of your customer support and thus have refrained from ordering much on your platform compared to others. My bad luck I decided to order on swiggy after ages and had a terrible experience, yet again.
@SwiggyCares Turns out you have a non existent no for the restaurant shared. The restaurant refuses to accept my call when I ask you delivery person to hand the phone to them. And best part your customer support agent I speak is not just unhelpful he actually hangs up on me. Ridiculous .
@SwiggyCares Here's my order no. Placed the order an hour plus back from leon grill in hrbr layout, blr. Food is delayed and guess wjat- your poor delivery person is made to wait there for 50 mins almost. They refuse to give him updates.and he calls me to check with the restaurant.

@Lenskart_com No point- I didn’t get to place an order in the first place since they said they can’t do a frame for my father at that point. Also just checked my account- I’ve placed 22+ glasses & lenses order using my account. Here’s my last order no so u can verify my account
Talk about disappointing-my 78 year old dad broke his specs frame & I immediately took him to the nearest @Lenskart outlet since it was an existing Lenskart product-hoping they could put the glasses into an existing frame!imagine my shock when the shop literally turned us away!

@Lenskart_com they turned us away from the Coles road outlet in Bangalore and luckily there was a @titaneyeplus 50m away and they were quickly able to provide us with an alternative frame & make sure my dad was able to see again
@Lenskart_com they turned away my 78 year old father saying we can’t help you! And that even if it’s an existing product that you can only order a new frame with lenses and that it takes 3 days. How ridiculous is this @peyushbansal ?!!
