County governments will cover the remaining CHVs, as per the pledge by @kenyagovernors to work with @ministrykenya to split #CHV stipends payments 50/50.
This is a significant step towards recognizing and supporting the vital work of CHVs in improving healthcare access.

The County Fiscal Strategy Paper gives the Performance, Priorities, Projections and Ceilings. The most important thing is that it gives FINAL CEILINGS of allocation for each sector. Failure to upload means citizens have no idea on PRIORITIES.
