@JM_Scindia @DGCAIndia @allianceair is canceling 9pm Goa-Bangalore flgt from last 2 days,pasngrs are comng to airport nd gng bck. The mngr says take full refund and leave the airport. He says thr isn't any policy of booking alt flgt as per airline or DGCA.

They don't have any backup aircraft, last 4 days flight is either delayed or cancelled. Why there is not monitoring of such defaulter airlines? @JM_Scindia @DGCAIndia @PMOIndia ?

Still at airport, the alliance air airport head dint turn up to talk to the passengers, neither the airport duty manager came. Such a shame ! @JM_Scindia @DGCAIndia @PMOIndia
Now we have to make our own arrangements and buy flights worth 50k for 3 of us to travel 600kms!

@DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia we are still stranded here, WE ARE ARENT BEING OFFERED ANY ALTERNATE FLIGHT OF SAME AIRLINES ALSO. Fransisco who is the duty manager of @allianceair is saying there are no guidelines to give any alternate flight of the same airline either. SOS here !

Flight tickets are as expensive as 15k to bangalore, what is the solution here, pls advice.

Tried reaching out to the Airport duty manager, he says we can't do anything. @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia @PMOIndia pls take action. How can we do holiday in india?
