The Asia-Pacific equivalent of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Spikes Asia celebrates work that pushes the boundaries of creativity and culture, making this recognition especially meaningful.
The Inglish Dictionary celebrates the colourful, ever-evolving version of English spoken across the subcontinent, a language shaped by culture, creativity, and the many ways India expresses itself. Through this campaign, we embraced this uniquely Indian way of expression, reflecting our belief in shaping and celebrating culture and authenticity, as India’s most inclusive airline.
The dictionary and campaign’s distinctive Sohrai-inspired visual language and witty, culturally resonant expressions struck a chord across audiences, reaching over 8.5M people within weeks of publication.
It also made waves internationally as a contender at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2025, with entries across categories including Social Behaviour, Culture Engagement, Publication & Editorial Design, and Art Direction.
The recognition at Spikes Asia adds to an incredible journey for the campaign so far:
