@vfsglobalcare had the worst experience at your premium lounge for UK Visit Visa in New Delhi today. Waited 3.5 hours for my token number to come even after paying for premium lounge, no space to sit in the lounge &the standard service was faster than premium one. VFS is a fraud!

@TK_HelpDesk @TurkishAirlines absolutely pathetic service from Turkish Airlines. Delayed flight, emergency landing leading to missed connection, had to delay my trip by 2 days and was stranded and Turkish is not even refunding Visa fees. Which they had promised. #NeverflyTurkish
