The service is terrible enough as it is, but on top of that, the service partner is even worse.

@IndiGo6E Flight 6E-5251 was cancelled due to an operational issue, leaving me stranded with no alternate flight/train. I had to book a cab at my own expense. Received only a partial refund and no compensation as promised. Please resolve.

Customer care says “email us.” Emails get copy-paste replies. Calls say “send email.”
No accountability, no resolution

If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to the Banking Ombudsman/RBI and move my accounts elsewhere.

Also as request changed my bank account to one of the integrated bank but still refund is pending

A MONTH of relentless struggle with TDS refund rejections, and the situation is beyond infuriating! 😠 Despite raising the issue THREE times, there's been zero resolution, and the frustration is hitting new heights.

yet each grievance is closed without any tangible solution.

From the past two months I have been trying to validate my bank account in itr portal but its not validating and there is none to help it out. No one from ITR portal is either helping .
