Absolute shame! False updates & shocking audacity by @delhivery @delhiveryhelp ground staff.
My international pkg (AWB: 36871310067454) was out for delivery. 2 hrs later, marked "Customer Unavailable"—a complete LIE. No call, no visit. I was home waiting.

2/2 When I called, the rep casually said "delivery guy isn't available today." When questioned on why they falsified the status to blame me, he had the sheer audacity to say: "Do whatever you want, the parcel won't reach today."

But for refunds I was charged with convenience fee and charged 1000 rs for no reason.

@mybyk_in So mybyk stopped the subscription of one month where ‘you pay as you go’. I personally used it to stay fit by cycling 30 mins every morning which costed me 4 rs now costs 25. So, no more ‘staying fit’ model neither can someone go out for a small task like grocery picks

@CollectorSRN Sir, this is how the garbage are collected from houses. We ourselves have to empty the bins into the trucks, which exposes us to all the garbages and probably diseases. Please see over this issue. Garbage should be collected from doorsteps only.@pkumarias @CDHO_SNR
