I am deeply disappointed with the quality of ipad that you have created. I waited almost an year to decide on a tablet and I chose ipad considering its pencil accuracy and superior build quality in comparison to other tablets. However I am not happy with what I got.
I am writing this here because I could not find an @Apple official email id that I could write to. Also, I want others to rethink multiple times before they buy an iPad.
