@EurekaForbes You are sending messages that are a template and changing the name at the end. Stop playing games and actually focus on solving the issue please. The customer code and complaint number are all in this thread.
1/n @EurekaForbes seems to be up to a new scam. My Father Mr. S.K Mishra (62) purchasedย the Forbes ROBO L-VACย + VOICE directly from the Eureka Forbes office in Visakhapatnam, A.P, India in May 2022. Since 15th September, the device has been unusable as the app has stopped working
7/n. @EurekaForbes you guys are so shameless. A senior citizen makes multiple personal visits to your office and follows up with multiple emails. But you guys call just once and if he is unable to answer, you straightaway close the complaint without resolving it. Shame on you!
6/n. If this is how you treat a senior citizen, where he has to personally make multiple rounds of your office, I don't see any moral ethics that your company seems to adhere to. It would be prudent to escalate this and resolve the issue at the earliest to avoid further issues.
Update:
The tweet regarding Roha Realty has been taken down as the Director, Mr Harshvardhan Tibrewala has requested that I take it down and has personally promised to deliver our flat in 10 days, i.e; May 5th 2023. I will update regarding this on 5th May 2023.

@thefifthscript Anytime bro. A lot of these things are in the gray area. So nothing ever lands as an absolute verdict. But a few small steps from the industry could help artists and bands in their career. Like, making bands or artists a part of the OST. A lot of it stems from being uneducated.
@thefifthscript Why this particular case is important, is that ideally if the director wanted a very specific song, they could have either bought the license of the song, or requested the band to make a version of their song adapted for cinematic use. That is; if this song was a reference.
@thefifthscript Plagiarism is proved if a unique portion of the song has been replicated for a considerable span of time. Say a few bars. But generic elements like Raga, chord patterns, beat patterns are not copyright protected.
@thefifthscript The issue has happened because the song uses the same raga, the same instruments, the same genre, and the same time signature as the original. So it becomes very evident. Legally the band wont be able to prove plagiarism. Because that has a different checklist to be ticked.
