I will file a legal complaint with consumer court this time. There has been multiple similar imstances that happened with me recently. But this is the final nail now.
@careinsuranceIN Had a query about my insurance policy. Called at your toll free, spent 2 hours, the query wasnt resolved. They shared told me to send the query at [email protected]. It has been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear back from them.

@goibibo a lot of spicejet flights are getting cancelled. I had a flight for 21st june, that i booked through your app. I called your customer service to find status for this flight. They confirmed to me that the flight is cancelled. I asked them to initiate a refund for this
@goibibo refund against this @flyspicejet cancelled flight. Now, i got a message from you, that flight refund request has been raised. But the refund request was raised for a flight from March, which i had boarded, and i didnt even place request for refund for that flight.
@zomato@Swiggy first of all, it is an asshole move to club the delivery of a person's order with another nearby order. Do you guys take Cx consent before doing that?
Secondly even if you do, then the delivery fee involved with the order should be compensated to customer.
