you guys are fraud? I ordered a cake, went to your website and put pincode, it was seviceable. Also checked with your call centre. They said serviceable and they told me to place order by paying. Did that. Then order got cancelled and no money is being refunded

And then email comes, that the pincode is not serviceable. And returning a coupon code instead of money? Why? And then your call centre gal, when raised complaint- cuts the call! Wow!
